Bought direct from Brier Road model OM acoustic guitar from 2019. I'm the original and only owner. Very mild fan fret (VERY mild...I thought it would be an issue but I hardly notice and it's superb on dropped/altered tunings). 1 13/16 nut width. It has a really comfortable C shape neck, probably what most people would refer to as a modern C. Feels really good in the hand and easy to play. It just sits right IMO. 25.4" scale length and string spacing is 2 1/8" at the bridge. Has James May pickup installed w/volume control. James May is a MUCH better option to the K&K. I had K&K's in all my guitars until I tried the James May. He even sells a conversion kit to make K&K's better. More detail and less boominess. Killer.

Guitar is in excellent condition. If you hold it at an angle in bright light you'll see some pick/hand wear but it's very slight, not deep and not heinous. I used this guitar only at home in my studio the last 9 months. It never left the house. Comes with original hard shell case from Brier Road.
Very balanced and articulate without being boomy. Great string clarity across all six strings. Only reason I'm selling is I'm saving up for a custom Santa Cruz H I ordered which is a smaller bodied guitar. Most importantly it stays in tune. Even when I capo it only needs minor adjustments. Amazing.
