Mahogany soprano ukulele, hand made in UK by Ken Timms. Mint condition, bought from Mr Timms via eBay in 2019.
- Solid body made from dark reclaimed Cuban Mahogany
- one piece back, front, sides and neck
- 12 fret fretboard with white ABS marker dots
- ebony saddle and nut
- nut width 37 mm
- dovetail neck joint
- arched back
- finish is hand rubbed in shellac/French polish (by Mrs Timms)
- fluorocarbon strings
- action at the 12th fret 3 mm
- quality tuners
Tuner placement on the headstock is not 100% symmetrical, but the uke sounds (and looks) great. Selling because I prefer koa wood sound.
