Electric guitar replica of the famous emblematic model 'Les Paul'. This guitar is its very high-end version, the 'supreme' version. The difference with the current version is the presence of a back of the same wood as the table.

The dimensions, the fittings and the electronics remain standard, it offers a Gibson® 24,75″ (628,65mm) short tuning fork, a volume and a tone per pickup (a real, progressive one) in particular. The combination of woods is rather traditional, with Mahogany body and Maple.

The Honduran Mahogany is used for the neck and body. The neck is in one solid piece, the body is in two pieces. The body is largely hollowed out to allow for an interesting weight saving and a balanced guitar overall. The body and the back are made from the same piece of quilted hard rock Maple. The quality of this piece was so great that we decided to keep the natural color of this wood, uniform white. For the fingerboard, to counterbalance the monochrome and colorless character of the table, we have Olive wood, which is a wood quite similar to Gabon Ebony (classically used) in terms of mechanical properties, but aesthetically much more interesting. To keep the elegance of the body, the threading of the body, on the table and on the back, is in wavy Olive. The inlays are repeated in the classic trapezoid pattern, but with a rare material, black mother-of-pearl. The fingerboard markings are also in black mother-of-pearl, and all the fittings are black, to contrast with the Maple.
The Tune-o-matic is from Schaller, as well as the button mechanics from Gabon Ebony. The knobs of the four potentiometers are also made of this wood. The potentiometers are from CTS and the two capacitors are oil paper elements, Black Bee 22nF.

The two performances of this guitar that the usual Les Pauls don't have the electronic cavity plate in the continuity of the piece of wood constituting the back. This plate holds by magnetization. To remove it, you have to use the 'suction cup' effect.
The second performance is the use of mesh (black/white/black) on the side of the guitar, as on an acoustic guitar.

For the microphone, the will here was versatility. The result is a range of sounds from a warm, round sound with the neck pickup alone, to a more precise, bright and aggressive sound in the bridge position. This guitar delivers high volume.

The double-wound microphones are manufactured in France by Benedetti. The will here was versatility, the model used for the neck mic is 'classic' (7.6 kiloohms full), and 'rock' (14.2 kiloohms full) in the bridge position.

  • Neck: Very clear and balanced sound, great transparency for a Humbucker. Ideal for picking, taping, funk or to use multi-effects.
  • Bridge: Adapts very well to all saturated and crunch sounds, close to a PAF, with more mediums and levels.
