About this model
The Moog Minimoog Model D is one of the most historically significant synthesizers ever produced, widely regarded as the instrument that brought the Moog sound into studios and onto stages around the world. A monophonic analogue synthesizer built around the distinctive Moog ladder filter, it is celebrated for its rich, warm bass tones, cutting lead sounds, and deeply expressive character that has remained in demand across virtually every genre of music for decades. This example carries a low four-digit MD-series serial number, placing it among the modern reissue run that Moog produced to meet renewed demand from serious players and collectors alike - built with the same fundamental analogue signal path that made the original a legend.
