The Gretsch G5655TG Centre Block Jr Electromatic guitars have been designed to deliver that legendary Gretsch style, set off with its gold hardware, with tone and modern playability to match.

For this model, the Gretsch designers have opted to utilize a smaller sized body with a chambered spruce centre block. This design not only aids power and dynamic resonance but also makes for lightweight comfort.

The lower set maple neck makes for great playability, and features Gretsch's Thin U shaped profile, which feels great in the hand. Topping the neck is a laurel fingerboard, with a modern 12" radius, which is set with 22 medium jumbo frets and Neo Classic Thumbnail inlays.

Powering the G5655TG is a pair of Black Top Broad'Tron humbuckers, designed to deliver plenty of power with good amounts of punch. Thanks to the individual pickup volumes, master tone, and master volume (with treble bleed circuit) there is also good amounts of versatility on hand too.

Other appointments include all chrome hardware, a Bigsby B70 vibrato tailpiece, adjustomatic bridge and G-Arrow control knobs.
