This Gretsch Hot Rod Purple is owned by legendary rockabilly guitarist Brian Setzer
“This is another older purple Hot Rod, that I pushed the mud switch in on (notice the hole). This is before Gretsch starting making them without the extra switch. It was tweaked by TV Jones to my specs.” -Brian Setzer
SN: 992120SH-213 Some minor scrapes and scratches on the finish. There are filled in holes on the headstock where previous tuners were mounted. Comfortable to play and electronics sound great! This one definitely saw a lot of action. Ships in a hardshell case.
