Fender Stratocaster "Custom Mod", Candy Apple Red

Perfect and meticulous build of a Fender Stratocaster Custom-Mod.

Fender Stratocaster body (see official marking on back). Candy Apple Red. 50s vintage route. CNC guide plugged to improve neck-to-pocket contact. All body cavities shielded to reduce magnetic fields. Body drilled for vintage 8-hole pick guard.

Fender "CBS headstock" Stratocaster Deluxe maple neck with a 9.5 inch radius fretboard and 22 frets. American 2-pin tuning machines, gold.  String trees, gold. TusQ synthetic nut.

Fender vintage 6-point tremolo bridge, gold. Block milled to fit perfectly against steel for zero gap fit, for fantastic tone, note clarity and separation, great resonance and impressive sustain. Bridge "ash tray", gold.

NEW INFO: 1963 Vintage Wound Professional Series pickup set. Staggered Anilco-2 poles.

Warmoth custom made 3-ply pick-guard and matching tremolo cover (black-red-black).

Other gold hardware and screws as shown.

"Fat 50s" blender wiring schema. Sprague orange drop capacitor. CTS POTs. Oak Grigsby switch. Switchcraft jack. Clothe wires. You get extra tones being able to fade in the bridge pickup with the neck pickup or neck-middle pickups or vice versa. Diagram shown as an attached image.  The wiring can be reverted to a standard Strat wiring schema if that is your preference.

I have followed the Reverb guidelines for selecting condition, writing an accurate and detailed description, provided good photos, plus will deliver to the buyer in the described condition.
