Alvarez - Tele Style, 1990's The build quality of this South Korean guitar is excellent. These were only made for a limited time in the early to mid nineties, and are highly prized by knowledgeable guitarists. From the serial number, I believe it to be a 1994. Black sculpted solid Alder body, maple neck, 3x3 Kluson-style tuners, maple fretboard w/ 25.5" scale with almost no wear (the pickguard has a small defect on the control side - as seen in 2nd photo), modern precision six saddle top-loading tele bridge, white pearloid pick guard, comes with an older gigbag. These early Alvarez teles are distinctly different guitars from the later (6 in a row tuner) models - it's a fine professional quality guitar for a great price.
