Kramer ProAxe Deluxe Candy Red 1989

1989 Kramer ProAxe Deluxe Candy Red finish in very good overall condition, with light wear and a ding on the edge of the body (see photos). It bears active EMG 85 / SA / SA pickups, so the split coil for the neck pickup is not active. Includes hardcase.

These guitars were designed by Ed Heller who was a repair specialist and Kramer luthier since the early 1980s. The ProAxe guitars were developed to carry the new Floyd Rose Pro trem and took on a 7/8 scale mahogany body with a scalloped lower horn, recessed trem cavity, a reverse pointy head with "ProAxe" after the logo, black hardware and a 24 fret ebony fingerboard with pearl markers.
