Coyote Transistor Overdrive
So, here’s the deal with the Palomar Sound coyote: Two metal can transistor gain stages team up to overload a pair of silicon diodes, followed by a third stage to slam your amp if you’re into that.
It adds sparkle, it adds grit, it gets loud, it gets mean.

Volume: Output
Gain: Intensity
Treble: High frequency amount
Bass: Low frequency amount
Bias: Gain structure. Clarity and predictability to the left, transistor overload and grind to the right.

Input on the right, output on the left, DC jack on the top. 9vDC center negative only. No battery option. Current draw ~3mA.
