Denon AVR-4802 125 Watts Per Channel Receiver, Mint Condition

Here is one of Denon's best receiver designs of all time, the THX Ultra certified AVR-4802. A massive receiver, weighing over 45 lbs, and built to the highest standards of quality that distinguished Denon in Japan, before all the mergers and outsourcing of manufacturing. They truly don't make them like this any more.

125 watts per channel to 7 channels, with multi-zone capabilities. Unbelievable connectivity, including an 8 channel analog input, a fantastic built-in phono stage, and 8 digital inputs plus digital outputs, just for starters. This is a one owner receiver in perfect operating condition and mint cosmetic condition, and it will come with the original printed Denon manual, AM & FM wire antennas, and power cord. A Denon remote is also included. Please note that this is not the original RC-8000 that came with the receiver new, it is a different Denon part from the same time period, which will control some but no all functions. Look for a good universal remote or track down an orphaned RC-8000 if that's an issue.

This will decode surround surround sound, but will also deliver the highest performance analog and digital audiophile sound for music purists. An amazing value for such a superbly crafted high power performance audio component, originally sold at retail for $2,500.
