Burns Steer Greenburst Cutaway DeLuxe 2005 w/ Original Burns Hard Shell Case

I am the original owner of this circa 2005 Burns Steer marketed by the short-lived Burns USA Company.
Unique body looks hollow but is really a chambered solid body with the strings strung through the body like a telecaster.
The pickups are laid out tele style with a coil-tapped humbucker in the bridge position.
The Burns Steer originally became known in England as it was the main guitar used for years by Billy Bragg, a well known political protest singer from the UK.
This guitar is in near mint condition with some fine surface scratches that you can barely see if you hold the guitar at the proper angle under lights. There is a tiny mark on the front edge of the left side of the headstock next to the low E tuner that I was able to get to show in one of the photographs.
This guitar has been a literal closet classic for the past 14 years. I had a setup and fret level performed on it in 2006 just before it went into storage.
Maple neck and fretboard.
Three way blade type pickup selector and a mini toggle switch activated coil-tap on the bridge pickup.
A high quality (made in Korea) instrument that turns heads and is a blast to play.
