No case. No mouthpiece. (I thought it was a tuba, but someone responded that it is a baritone.) It is missing the mouthpiece-stem, which where a mouthpiece would attach to. (I include a stem from a trumpet, which you could use to attach a replacement.) It would be a pretty good instrument with that simple fix. The three valves depress and rebound nicely. The four slides/curves move easily. Buescher Baritone/Tuba, made in Elk-Hart, Ind USA. Approx. Dimensions: 30x21x9.5 inches. This instrument has a lot of wear and several small dents. The finish is wearing off and there are spots of discoloration. Some other cross-braces are missing or need to be resoldered, but that doesn't affect play.
