Here is a vintage Kingston Bass guitar in the style of a Jazz Bass. Has the ashtray bridge and pick up covers, nice sunburst finish. I selected Korea as the country of origin, I believe that is what the shop told me when I bought it used about 15 years ago, but it's also possible it's from china or somewhere else in Asia. There are some spots on the neck with fret buzzing, could use a little set up but action is good In any case it's a nice little budget instrument.
Don't know the exact year but was told baby "the music castle" where I purchased it, that it is from the 1970's, and it looks the part. It's pretty clean for it's age but has some normal play wear.
the previous owner engraved their initials, "REH" into the bridge cover and the back plate.
There is no gig bag or case included, I will package it nice and secure though.
The electronics work, but sometimes it needs a little jiggle in the chord to get it going, but I've used it for a ton of recordings and some gigs.
