This HSS Set was never released to the public. This set was custom made for a famous guitarist to make his Floyd Rose equipped guitars sound more musical, but really it can sound great in any guitar.
It’s a very versatile set. It has both modern and vintage tonal characteristics to it. It has that modern punch and focus yet also has that vintage warmth, nuance and more organic quality to it.
Most of his pickups are based off of certain vintage pickup like a ‘58 Filtertron, ‘59 PAF, etc, but this one is more of its own thing
