This guitar has been played by John Phillips from the Mamas and the Papas. The management company’s daughter was good friends with my relatives wife. Come the 90’s, in exchange for shelter and food, my relative and his wife recieved this as a thank you.
He has photos of John Phillips playing this exact guitar, photos upon request.
*Damage*
Crack on the back of the guitar (fixed and photo)
The neck suffered damage because something fell on it but it was fixed. The neck is straight as an arrow. (Fixed when John Phillips still owned the guitar, over 30 years ago. Fixed with glue and wooden dowels.)
It is playable like nothing ever happened.
Will come with it’s original case.
