ESP LTD EC-1000 Violet Andromeda

With the incredible Violet Andromeda finish, this EC-1000 model is simply mind blowing in the way it changes color between shades of purple, blue, and even greenish tints as it reflects light from various angles. A set-neck design for smooth access to the higher frets, it has a mahogany body and a three-piece mahogany neck. The EC-1000 Violet Andromeda features Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker active pickups (Alnico in the neck position, Ceramic in the bridge), with a push-pull control to activate the second voicing. Premier components include LTD locking tuners and a TonePros locking TOM bridge and tailpiece.

The EC-1000… a true classic, and one of ESP LTD’s most iconic guitars. Affordable but with a high build quality, it’s plentiful on the secondhand market. The EC-1000 comes with either EMG 60/81s or Duncan '59/JB Humbuckers and a set neck. Most models are available with rosewood or ebony fretboards, depending on the finish. Black is also available in maple.
