This is a 2003 USA Custom Shop Tempest "Fireman's Prayer". 
This is 1 of 2 only ever made. 
The first was pictured in the 2004 catalog and has star inlays instead of dots and the logo is different. 
This one was pictured in an add that is included with the guitar and show in 1 of the photos. 
The graphic was airbrushed.
This has been a display piece only, never a player. I am the 2nd owner. 
There are 3 small imperfections, pictured. 
There was never a build sheet from Schecter on this but do have an email about it being made. 
Comes with the original case.
