Part of Ibanez's well respected SR series of bass guitars, the Ibanez Gio GSR180 delivers a tone, playability and level of build quality that surpasses anything else in its price range.
Utilising a contoured, ergonomically shaped poplar body, the GSR180 is as comfy to play as it is good to look at. The light weight of the body, coupled with a pair of 'J' type pickups allow it to pack a big punch and deliver a wide range of different tones. These are accessed using the simple, yet effective controls consisting of a volume for each pickup and a master tone control.
The bolt-on maple neck features the slim GSR4 profile and is capped with a treated Purpleheart fretboard fitted with medium gauge frets and inlaid with white dot position markers
Tuning is kept in check with the inclusion of a set of 2 a-side, chrome machineheads and a Chrome B10 bridge.
