The Ibanez RG421EX Electric Guitar, here in Flat Black finish, ticks all the boxes for those guitarists who love to shred! Whether you are a pure beginner or a seasoned pro, this RG421EX would be an ideal addition to a rock or metal players guitar ranks.

Using Mahogany as the foundations of this guitar was no accident. The Mahogany body produces a distinctive character with thicker mids and extra low-end grunt while in turn increasing the sustain of every note.

The loaded Quantum Humbucker pickups at both the neck and bridge positions are extremely versatile and will respond well to any chugging or palm muting while also thriving both clean and heavily distorted.

In terms of controls Ibanez have opted for a simple yet effective approach. With the RG421EX players can expect a single master volume and single master tone control as well as a five-way pickup selector to pinpoint the tonal character needed from each pickup.

The bridge on this model is fixed and therefore is guaranteed to provide excellent tuning and stability along with the black tuning machine heads also provided.
