The Ibanez Talman TMB100 4-String Bass is based on the popular offset 'Talman' body shape and features a PJ pickup configuration that makes it versatile enough for almost any genre!

This is a dynamic modern bass that simultaneously pays homage to legendary vintage instruments of the past. The full 34" scale length along with a Mahogany body and Maple neck come together to make a tried and tested combination that produces a consistently balanced frequency response with fat yet smooth lows.

This thunderous 4 string also packs a clever electronics system that Ibanez call their 'Custom Electronics 2-band active EQ'. This system features controls for both the bass boost/cut and treble boost/cut circuits as well as a general balancer and volume knob to dial in your perfect tonal blend. These controls take charge of Ibanez's Dynamix DXP and DXJ Passive pickups that have been chosen for their added sonic versatility and warm vintage character.

When it came down to hardware for this powerful yet affordable bass guitar, Ibanez knew that the hardware had to perform well in every musical scenario. This is why Ibanez have selected a somewhat traditional chrome hardware package featuring a std 19mm bridge, a set of vintage style tuners and a robust oval jack socket for reliable, practial performance at all times.
