1940s National Dobro Company Art Deco Amplifier - Very Rare Model, Great Project Amp!

For sale is this vintage 1940s National Dobro Company guitar amplifier. This pre-Valco made National amp sports an absolutely unparalleled era-appropriate art deco aesthetic. The cosmetic condition of this amp has deteriorated out of age more than use. The incredible laminated black stripe has become unglued, as has several other similarly laminated pieces of the cabinet. The original Bakelite knobs eroded, and have since ben replaced with non-spec. style chicken head knobs. Somehow, even through repair, this amp still retain the original bone handle with Bakelite brackets.
