Fender Rumble Bass Custom Shop Tube Head and Cab

Well, well, well. What do we have here? Oh nothing, just a mid 90's Fender Custom Shop Rumble Bass hand made all tube head and matching 410 cab (standard cab, not the "SUB" cab).

Anyone who has heard these amps know that they absolutely kick ass. The sound is beyond my slew of SVT-CL's, SVT-VR, vintage SVT's and others (all from my salad days of rockin' and rollin').

Original USA tubes inside. Mint condition. No rips, tears, scuffs or rust. Low hours.

If you know these amps, then you know they can have issues which most would give up on from ignorance. Mainly heat, as well as connector problems. My amp  NEVER had these problems but I was proactive. Originally these amps had one fan that sucked the heat out the back. An additional 2 fans were added; one in the front behind the grill like on an SVT-CL that pulls fresh air in, and another one that sucks hot air out the bottom chassis. It ventilates, baby. This amp runs COOL. Well, not cool to the touch, but warm. Reliable. Also, they used spade connectors and a funky computer type connector between the preamp and power amp. All of these connectors were gone through and re-"pinched" for maximum grab. No cold solder joints. No issues. Rehearsed for a month and played a Halloween party with a Marshall, Boogie and a pro drummer from QOTSA. She was loud, flawless, ran "cool" and sounded better than any rock 'n roll tube bass head. I'm old and moving on to "portable". Yeah, I know. Shut up.
