An excellent specimen of the infamous late model Conn 28A Connstellation Cornet. This horn has been described as a hidden gem or a secret weapon among the Constellation line, depending on the mouthpiece a lot of musicians can get a wide pallete of tones from bright trumpet to mellow cornet. and is often preffered to the 38B Constellation trumpet. The late models have been distinguished by only having an "A" stamped on the lead pipe rather than "Constellation A" engraved on the earlier ones. This piece has been professionally cleaned, flushed, and serviced and has real quick valves and smooth slides.
