Jackson USA Bolt-On Bass 1989/90 Metallic Gun Metal Gray

I'm going to give a shout out to a guy named Landon, who was the one-time previous owner of this bass and so badass, he put his name on the headstock. After playing this bass, we agree that it was a gangsta move, period.

You can consider this Jackson as a "resto-mod" in the bass world. Looks like Landon ripped all the stock electronics out and threw in a set of EMG's. Fine- that's cool with us because the bass sounds like a tornado in a trailer park. I also noticed that he bypassed the pickup selector switch, so we now have a volume/volume/ tone knob setup that's effortless to work. I pretty much dialed the P-bass pickups all the way up and added a smidgen of the bridge- you now have a tone that will shut your highly-opinionated guitar player the hell up. Tell him to go adjust his Floyd Rose or something...

This bass also comes in a new Fender FB610 padded gigbag because you guessed it- it did not have the original case when we got it. That's what happens when you spend an afternoon drinking Crown with a guy and then he says, "Hey, I got a bunch of Jacksons and Charvels I'm gonna sell. You guys wanna take a look?"
