*Extremely Rare* Bernie Rico Jr 727 Hesperian Drop Top 7 String available now! I am the second owner of this guitar and acquired it many years ago and have not played it much at all, as it has sat in its case for years. It is in MINT condition with only one mark (that is pictured) on the headstock and one minuscule scratch on the back (also pictured).
*Backstory as to why this guitar is rare*
Bernie Rico Jr. was a renowned guitar luthier in the late 2000's-early 2010's producing high quality custom guitars. He was very well-respected by the guitar/luthier community until he had a black friday sale where he accepted over 200+ orders for custom guitars at much lower prices than usual. He accepted all of the payments, providing progress pics every few months. After a plethora of buyers never received orders or heard from bernie after many months: It became apparent that they were not going to get their guitars, and they were exactly right. Bernie went MIA and nobody has essentially heard from him since (despite a brief appearance at the Namm Show in 2016). Safe to say the BBB was contacted.
