This is the AKAI PEQ6 6-channel digital Programmable EQualizer.
Each channel has a 7-band equalizer, and each channel can be operated independently.
There are 32 banks of memory that can be controlled by MIDI.
Combine this with one or more MB76s (I'm selling 3 through Reverb) and you've got a great way of mixing and routing EQ'd effects or anything else under MIDI or computer control.
