RARE VINTAGE MUSIMA RECORD 15 HOLLOW BODY GUITAR 1950-1960 ss MADE IN FORMER EAST GERMANY - LOOKS GREAT, SOUNDS GREAT, PLAYS GREAT. THESE GUITARS ARE MUCH SOUGHT AFTER BY COLLECTORS, THE PRICES ARE CONSTANTLY INCREASING AND THEY ARE GETTING HARDER AND HARDER TO FIND.
Dear friend, it's a vintage guitar, all original components are old (pots, jack’s input, switch, other). You must understand this. You may want to replace them later, but now the guitar is selling in this condition. Without claims!
Record was the top of Musima's semi-hollow line for many years, and it was referred to as "beste meisterarbeit" in the catalogues. It featured hand-carved pine+mahagony top and ebony fretboard
The guitar deck has a small crack between the pickups, which does not affect the sound.

Body shape is hollow body - hand-carved pine+mahagony top, maple+mahagony back
Scale: 640 mm
Neck: maple+mahagony, with ebony, NEW 2,4 mm frets, zero fret, plastic inlays. No truss rod.
Nut: three-ply plastic
Binding: body (both sides), neck, headstock
Pickups: this guitar has 2 of the well know simeto 2b type (single style) pickups.
Controls: 3-possition switch switching between neck and bridge pickups;
Bridge: Original Musima bridge construction
Tuners: 3+3 Grover (?) tuners
