Shell is excellent with no dents or damages, clean and shiny inside and out. Hardware is complete and fully functional, all original except resonant rim is vintage Ludwig. Heads are very good to excellent condition newer pro quality Remo brand. Snare wires in excellent condition. Ready to use out of the box
