Here we have a fantastic heavy metal shredder from Solar Guitars; a V2.6C. Solar Guitars is the brainchild of youtuber and master of “chug” Ola Englund, who wanted to make guitars that are tailor made for the touring and recording metal guitarist. This piece certainly looks the part, with an iconic V shape and a matte finish. The frets are high, the pickups are hot, and this beast plays fantastically. And yes, it chugs! With no serious cosmetic issues to speak of, this guitar is super clean and ships in a fitted gigbag.
