Ibanez Super Metal Mini Pedal Super Metal Distortion

You can turn practically any guitar amplifier into a fire-breathing metal monster with the Ibanez Super Metal Mini pedal. The all-analog circuitry maintains the full intensity and girth of your core guitar tone, and you've got impressive sound-sculpting potential with the Super Metal Mini. Edge, Punch, and Attack controls allow you to fine-tune your distorted tone until it wails just right. Many guitarists at Sweetwater were big fans of the classic SM9 Super Metal distortion pedal, and you get that same intensity in the Ibanez Super Metal Mini pedal.

The mini-pedal market has been booming the past few years, so we felt the time was right to offer some of our most legendary pedals in new mini housing! Ibanez is proud to announce the new MINI pedal Family, including the Super Metal. Made in Japan, the SMMINI still preserves the five-knob control layout as its bigger brother; the SM9. These five knobs can create almost unlimited tonal possibilities. The knob configuration features 2 stacked knobs (Edge/Punch and Attack/Level) and a significantly larger Drive knob. A true bypass switch provides the shortest, most direct signal path as well as the cleanest tone. The 100% analog circuitry offers amazingly natural distortion and harmonics. The SMMINI is a classic warm and full-sounding distortion pedal that won’t be a space hog on your pedalboard!
