Not to be confused with the newer Seagull Grand series guitars, this is an early 90's Grand Artist.  This guitar features solid woods, not laminates that the newer ones use.

This is a beautiful 14 fret parlour is constructed with a Spruce top and solid rosewood sides and back.
Original tuners have been replaced with open gear hipshot locking tuners.  The tuners have butterbean heads on them now but I will also include the chrome tulip buttons that come standard.
This guitar will come with a generic hard case which is also in excellent condition.
This guitar is a fantastic livingroom guitar, meaning you can sit comfortably on the couch and noodle away.
Condition:
This guitar is in great shape, there are a few small marks on the top as well as some finish cracking.  I have included pictures of these marks, I can take more detailed pictures upon request.
