We ordered this particular piece over 14 months ago and have waited patiently ever since. And the makers at PRS have not disappointed. This is a stunner both visually and sonically. From the minute we opened the case to the second we plugged her in we knew we had something special in our hands. The guitar fits like a glove with it's pattern neck carve and the impeccable fretwork. Tonally she is able to capture almost any style with ease and with the flip a switch you can jump in and out of single coil action to capture those tones as well. The tone clean is clear and articulate with a wonderful warmness brought about by the TCI process. There is a noticeable difference between these pickups and the last incarnation of them due to this process. We absolutely loved playing this instrument and hope that you will find the same joy with her!

Paul's Guitar features a pair of amazing TCI (Tuned Capacitance and Inductance) pickups. The hot bridge pickup is perfect for deploying out leads infused with fat, snarling tone; back off your volume control and it cleans up beautifully. Switch to the neck pickup and hear every note articulated in a chord, even under heavy distortion. The pickups also have dedicated mini switches, so you can elicit spanky single-coil tones from this guitar instantly — and use them in any combination. Best of all, there is no volume loss when switching to single-coil mode.
