Here we have a very nice fingerpicking parlor guitar.  With a comfortable body, this beauty is easy too play. Never gigged, always case kept and minimal playing time. The only thing keeping it from being mint is a small rub spot beneath the sound hole. When taking these pictures I noticed the binding on the case has loosened. Check my feedback and purchase with confidence, as I pack my guitars with great care and ship promptly. Offers welcome, but please no lowballs, as you won't find a better price than this.
