Chipz has 3 oscillators: Two audio rate oscillators and an LFO for lots of sounds and modulation options in a small package.
Oscillator 1 and 2 have a sound very reminiscent of 8 bit video game consoles and early computer games and can morph between several waveforms from sine to triangle to saw to square to digital noise. Oscillator 1 also features a low pass filter where oscillator 2 includes pulse width modulation controls.
Oscillator 3 is similar but operates below audio rate for use as modulation and features a depth knob to control the LFO output level. It also divides the LFO into 2 outputs; divided into 1 beat to 4 beats.
Specifications: Width = 12hp 35mA power @+12V 19mA power @-12V 30mA power @+5V Depth = 30mm
Barely used - just not my thing. It does sound a noisy but cre8audio states that this is intended. However, it does pack a lot of function in a really nice package. Nice LFO! Probably worth the price for the LFO alone!
