Epiphone Handwired Electra Amp 1960s - Well maintained - EA26RVT

Excellent condition for the age and recently fully worked over by a professional. This amp was also sold under a different name as the Gibson GA20RVT Minuteman. Gibson made a few with Epiphone branding - they only made a few hundred of these in the '60s and not many have survived. Stands out and has a unique charm; nobody has one of these and it's cool standing out from the fender blues junior / Vox ac15 crowd.

100% functional. 12.5 watts of pure USA made 1960's vintage tube power. Very loud when you need volume and sounds amazing, definitely enough power to play with a band. It's chimey a bit like a Vox, and has a lot of headroom. Breaks up beautifully at higher volumes for power amp tube overdrive, or at lower volumes with an overdrive / boost for preamp tube overdrive. Sounds great with single coil or humbucker (you can find a couple videos on YouTube), but put some p90s through this amp to see it really sparkle (no videos out there that I have found).

6 foot grounded power cable installed. 1/4 inch male amp output to 1/4" female speaker input installed in case you want to use an attenuator or external cabinet. Upgraded with a 12" Celestion speaker. Includes original footswitch which is rare and required for operation. Built in original optical tremolo and spring reverb units. Includes wiring diagram /schematic that the engineer who did the repair taped to the inside is the cabinet.

Caps and tubes refreshed recently, totally worked over internally, and it has been treated very gently ever since. Uses 2x 12AU7 tubes, 2x EL84 tubes, and 3x 6EU7 tubes.
