This is a one-of-kind replica of the famous "Bat Strat" as used by Billy Corgan of The Smashing Pumpkins. There has been a lot of attention to detail put into this guitar to make it look and sound as close as possible to the real thing.
The guitar is a MIM Fender 1957 reissue in tobacco burst that's been repainted silver then aged and worn in much the same was Billy's was circa 1994.
Every nuance has been accounted for:
- A Fender 1950s reissue alder body,
- Fender maple neck with a 50s soft v profile,
- Lace Sensor Blue, Silver, and Red pickups,
- CTS pots (with CTS "no load" tone pots),
- Graphite string saddles,
- black roller string tree.
- High mass USA trem block upgrade
- The markings, pickguard, and bat stickers are exactly where they were located on Billy's actual guitar.
The guitar has a fantastic setup and plays perfectly all the way up the neck. There's is very little fret wear.
The guitar does not come with a case but will be very well packed.
