After sitting down with some of the most incredible professional banjo players across the USA, we made a banjo that was for the pro but without the "over the top" price that would deter so many. We took the classic Dean Backwoods banjo and added an extra fret, a new brass tone ring, a thicker pan, and adjusted the electronics to create a perfect players banjo for a backyard to an arena.

Handling time is 1 DAY for items in our store inventory. For items that are not in our own store inventory (MOST ITEMS THAT ARE ADVERTISED AS “STOCK LISTINGS”), handling time before shipping is usually 2 or 3 days but sometimes up to 5 days.

As per our shipping policy, for larger items, we use UPS or FedEx.
Instrument purchases need to have the buyer’s physical address as the ship-to (UPS and FedEx do NOT deliver to PO Boxes).
Buyers can request a quote for the additional shipping cost, in cases where USPS is preferred or an only option for the buyer.

Our official hours of operation are 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday and Saturday Eastern Standard Time. We are closed Sundays. Our regular shipping days are Monday through Friday.
