Super-Freq Haunting Mids (not JHS) 2019 Green

This is a Haunting Mids v3. Not the JHS pedal it is the original. The circuit is a modified Big Muff at its core. The gain and clipping diodes are optimized at each of the clipping stages and the tone stack and output buffer have been removed. This makes for a very raw organic Big Muff with massive sustain. It’s like taking the muffler off your Big Muff to hear what it really sounds like. If you’re a Big Muff fan you should hear this pedal.

The controls are volume and gain.

There is no battery the unit must be powered by an external 9v power supply.

Note: the “official” Haunting Mids has a single volume control with an internal trimmer for gain. I’ve moved the gain control to the outside of the box. Adjust totasers for different instruments. There is a ridiculous amount of gain on tap with this control.
