In new condition (collection), not a scratch or tarnished chrome. This limited edition of 2016 has a lyre and a vibrola as well as Grover mechanics instead of the Steinberger or Banjo mechanics. It's a little less traditional but more effective in terms of tuning stability than Banjo tuning machines.
Of course complete with its Gibson case in new condition, its certificate and the photo at the Gibson workshop.
The Vibrola does not allow Dive-bombs but it behaves like a faithfull bigsby, no tuning issue.
The sound of the Firebird is typical of the mini humbuckers, clear and articulate when you don't push it and snarling and biting when you push it.
The balance of the Firebird is excellent, it's a light, easy-to-play guitar with optimal sustain and treble access.
