Gates "The Yard " Tube Console 1960s Fully Restored-EF86 Preamps -Summing Mixer -Sidecar-

Here is a 1960's Gates Tube Console. This board is completely restored and fully functional. It has (3) fantastic sounding M5526 Tube preamps that use the classic EF-86/6267 tubes in both the microphone pre amps and program input amps.  If you are looking for some vintage flavor and tube tone for your recording or mixing I wouldn’t look past this guy. You can instantly hear its effect on any audio you run through it.   When I hear these tube consoles it feels like the band is in the room. Clarity and an airy top end lift with insane presence. Perfect board to track live with or do any summing to add some color to your tracks. Really nice saturation when you push these EF86 tube preamps. The board has room provided to add more preamps if desired. It is also compatible with the gates 12AX7 tube preamps. 

This Gates Yard console has been fully restored by a reputable Los Angeles technician. Everything has been completely cleaned and tested. We also completely rebuilt the power supply to reduce noise. Now its practically silent. Will work for the next 100 years(but please check tubes periodically)  This is the early tube version of this console, sounds much better than the later solid state version Yard II consoles. I have a full manual and schematics for this board. It already has the terminal strips on the back, just add your xlr cable and your rocking.
