1984 Fender Japan Squier Stratocaster MIJ Neck, 62 RI Reissue-Style 1980s 80s 84 85 86

Up for sale is a Vintage 1984 Fender Japan Squier Stratocaster Loaded Neck (1962 Reissue Style), complete with a new Pre-CBS 1962-style Fender Stratocaster decal, a new set of high-quality Kluson-Style tuners, and string tree with a white vintage-style spacer.

This neck has a Full 25.5 Inch Scale Length and has a Fingerboard Radius of 7.25 Inches. This MIJ Loaded Strat Neck is in GREAT condition! It does have some NATURAL wear on the fingerboard, a few dings on the back of the neck, and a few tiny divots have begun to form on the first few frets... but this is all to be expected on a 36 year old guitar neck that has actually been played! The original nut on this neck had a crack right down the middle of it so a brand-new bone nut was installed. A bone nut “blank” was used and was professionally HAND-CARVED, installed, then slotted by hand... all done to ensure a PERFECT FIT would be attained.

There was also some scuffing right over the original decal where it did not look very good anymore... so a new, very expensive, high-quality 1962 Pre-CBS Strat decal was installed and coated with clear nitrocellulose lacquer to seal in and protect the new decal.

This early 80’s MIJ Strat neck is a Reissue-Style neck so it has a heel mounted truss rod adjustment nut. The truss rod has been checked and is operational.
