About This Listing

Edit 02.24.2020: Electrolytic capacitors (filter caps, bias cap, degraded resistor) have been replaced. V1 and V2 plate resistors replaced with high-headroom 2W 110k ohm resistors (originally .5 watt). Preamp tubes have been replaced with JJs, power tubes have been replaced with JJs as well and amp has been biased. Amp will be super reliable for years to come. Note that desirable OG blue molded caps are still in the amp. Original parts will be included with amp upon request.

Amp is a dripedge and has the black lines on the control plate associated with early production years - amp also has a transformer dated 1966, so it’s a very early amp with Blackface-style wiring. Cloth wiring and all.

The amp has a cool vintage “relic” from being truly used & sounds really great and is super reliable. No humming, irregular noise, or any functional issues at all. Vibrato works and sounds great.

Sounds and works fantastic, obviously not in mint shape. It’s a charming “relic” and doesn’t smell, isn’t obnoxiously dirty, etc.

Will also consider trades for MiJ/MiA Fenders, Vox AC30, or trades plus cash. Just let me know what you have.
