Banjos don't come much better. This one has been very lightly used, and comes in its original rock-solid plush-lined case. There is one flaw: the fifth-string nut broke a while back, and I replaced it in the old-time way: with a tiny wood screw. Check the photos of the neck — front and back, where my hand drill pierced the finish when I made the pilot hole — to see the results.
I love this banjo, but I simply never, ever play it. It needs a better home — where it can actually make some music for a change.
