COLLECTOR ALERT! Mint Fender Jaguar XK 50 Stratocaster. Fender Custom Shop only produced 25 of these and only 5 ever made it into the public domain. The other 20 went to Jaguar car dealerships for presentation showrooms.This is guitar is number 22 of 25. Most of you looking at this guitar already know everything there is to know about it but here are some specifics for those that don't. This was a limited edition produced by the Fender Custom Shop in partnership with Jaguar, Britain's world famous sports car maker. The guitars were adorned with a British Green Racing car finish and feature the "leaper" Jaguar Logo as fretboard markers. The pickgaurd is made from burled walnut and is adhered to the body not screwed. The headstock embellishments are all 14 carrot gold. The white leather gig bag is made from material provided to Fender by Jaguar and is the same used in their cars interior. The guitar also boasts Lace Sensor pickups and gold hardware. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own one of these. I have never found another one for sale anywhere. All the case candy is still in plastic and a copy of the magazine announcing this guitar to the market is also included along with the original Fender owners manual. I will consider any fair and serious offer.
