Original Vintage Joe Barden Strat Pickups:
These are Original Hand Wound pickups from way back when Joe Barden was hand winding pickups for Danny Gatton, Jimmy Thackery and the likes. These are not the current JBE pickups. To the best of my recollection I bought them somewhere around 1989-1993. Listen to almost any Jimmy Thackery CDs and you will hear the sound of early Barden strat pickups. Thackery has had them in his main strat since the early 90's (still has them in there). They are dead quiet in a bar. This is for the set of 3 pickups: Neck, Middle & Bridge. Leads are long enough to fit a standard strat guard. No screws or springs and the wiring diagrams are not included in the auction.
