Amp is in good condition for its age and sounds fantastic. It has just been serviced (a few caps replaced and grounded power cord added) and works great. Tremolo works like it should. There isn't much info on these amplifiers, but based on what is available, this was made sometime in the early 1960s.
Cabinet and exterior show signs of wear, but overall it is in excellent condition.
