I tre New Oxford Oscillators hanno una resa sonora pari a quella di oscillatori analogici trattandosi di oscillatori NCO (Numerically-Controlled Oscillators) ad altissima risoluzione ed hanno tutta la flessibilità del dominio digitale con ben 17 wavetable. In aggiunta possono anche diventare una sorgente FM lineare utilizzando gli ‘analogue-sounding’ NCO o le wavetable digitali.
