excellent shape and in full working order
The MC 2000 is a very nice hammer-action keyboard controller with 88 weighted
keys and channel aftertouch. The action is on the light side, close to piano
feel. It is loaded with features to split the keyboard, configure velocity
curves, assign wheels and sliders to MIDI CC and route midi via its 4 ports (4
OUT, 2 IN, 2 THRU). The routing options make it great for controlling a bunch
of outboard gear.
It is well-built (built like a tank). The casing is all metal. It is very robust but also quite heavy at around 20Kg. It is not fun to transport but
the weight does add to the feel when playing. It doesn't wobble like lighter
plastic controllers.
