Washburn WI-66PROE Idol (Limited) Black & Gray

I am selling my Washburn Idol Wi66Pro-E.

This was a limited production run of 48 guitars. It is an upgrade of the traditional WiPro66.

It plays great and is in very good condition with no dents or dings.

For its age it is immaculate.

I have had it professionally set up with a low action. I realize now that I prefer more of a bluesy tone. The pickups on this guitar can really scream. I did think about changing the EMG pickups, but with this being a limited run guitar, feel it would be a shame to change it from the original spec. Hence reason for selling. I bought it in 2009, but only used it practicing at home for 3 months. It has sat in its case ever since. 

The active pickups are great for rock and metal playing. The thin neck is super-fast. Includes the original hard case (in very good shape). Check photos. A stunning guitar.

I’m a Blueser Player, not Heavy Metal Player. This Amazing guitar deserves better usage (LOL).

TOO POWERFULL!!!!

I have had my Idol guitar for about 7 years now, and I have to say I love it. The sound quality of it is lovely, I personally love the hard sound, and I could not be happier with it. Is it perfect? Almost…but too much for my style.

If you are looking for a Real Metal-Hard Core this is it.

Isn't a beginner instrument.

This one is a superb instrument. 

Unfortunately I need to shrink my collection of instruments due some medical bills and I hate to let it go knowing that perhaps I’ll never have the opportunity of own a beautiful a unique musical instrument like this one… 

I will also say: When you get it, figure out what kind of strings you'd like (light, medium, etc), take it to a local, good Luthier, and have it all professionally set up for you. Having this babe professionally set-up will just bring out all the best qualities of this guitar out, and will really make it rock!
